📦 3. Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

To ensure faster delivery, items may ship from different suppliers—so you might pick up multiple packages over a few days.


📱 4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email including a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 5 days, please reach out to our support team office@trendvila.com


💸 5. Are there any additional fees or import taxes?

There are no hidden fees—you pay only what’s shown at checkout. However, international import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Absolutely! Our site uses SSL encryption and is PCI-compliant, safeguarding your payment and personal data—just like leading ecommerce platforms. 


🤝 7. How do I modify or cancel an order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be revised. Contact support immediately with your order number.


🏷️ 8. Can I exchange an item or get store credit instead?

Of course! After inspection, you can choose:

A replacement (if available),

Store credit, or

A full refund, depending on your preference.
